I'm Victoria Han.

As a Makeup & Styling Artist, my passion for my profession stems from my love for art and beauty. I strongly believe that makeup is an artistic form of storytelling. When skilfully applied, makeup and styling can bring out the best looks in a person — natural and confident. This is my way of empowering clients.

In my role, what I love most is being part of special milestone moments, like a wedding day, engagement party, bridal shower or formal occasion.

I’d describe myself as a down-to-earth and calm person with an obsession for clean, fresh and natural makeup.

Over the years, I’m humbled by the opportunities I’ve had to work on both personal and commercial makeup jobs.   I came across Victoria profile on IG, saw her work and instantly decide to engaged her for my wedding. I love that we had a trial to see an overall look, also to do changes if there is. Many of my friends mua do not provide this service. Moreover her price is super reasonable. My hair and makeup last from morning till late evening before i remove them.   Had a super lovely experience engaging Victoria's makeup services for my wedding! I havent received my professionally shot pictures from the actual day, but the photos i took from the trial makeup session and at the end of the day (>12h + many tears) speak for themselves!

Victoria's skills that I especially appreciate are creating double eyelids (as I have hooded lids), putting on eye makeup despite my very sensitive twitchy eyes, and importantly, being able to create such even tones and texture on my face despite my acne scars and textured skin. She was lovely and very assuring, she answered all the questions I had and helped me feel less stressed on the actual day. Being able to look my best also helped me stay confident and happy throughout my wedding without feeling self conscious.

Importantly, she was very helpful and realistic, advising which hairstyles would be good and quick to squeeze in a hairstyle change (<30min) between tea ceremony and wedding lunch.

My mum and sister had their makeups done by Victoria's associate and were very pleased with it as well. 10/10 recommend Victoria if youre considering to engage her services!!

What makeup products do you use?

This is a great question to ask any makeup artist you’re considering booking! I use only quality, professional, high definition and photographically safe cosmetic products to achieve a modern and long lasting finish.

These brands suit even the most sensitive of skin. If you have any concerns with allergies relating to products please contact me to see how I can help. The products I hand pick for my kit are highly respected in the beauty industry both by celebrity makeup artists and celebrities alike.

You may not have heard of these brands however be assured they are well known in my industry as brands that consistently out perform others used in the commercial mainstream market.

Will my makeup last all day?

Yes, by avoiding using certain products before your makeup application and a few minor touch-ups professional makeup can last all day. We’ll work together to get the best wear from your makeup.

Great skin is the foundation to achieving long lasting makeup. If you have any skin concerns we’ll address them with the right skin prep and the correct products.

As a bride, you will likely have the time to work on getting your skin in it’s best shape before your wedding by using the right products and treatments in the lead up to your big day.

Should I get facials before my event?

Always keep skin treatments to a minimum in the weeks before your event.

I’d suggest focusing on a long term skin care routine as early as possible rather than a couple of facials close to your event.

Spend as much as your budget allows on getting your skin hydrated, smooth and clear. Specialised treatments like microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser, peels, etc. are great investments if you can make them.
